I'm Marius Bracke. For over six years I've been at home in B2B sales — across software, IT, real estate, and culture. Most recently as Senior Sales Executive at UpVisit, before that at talque, twotickets, and Guilty76.
In parallel, for over ten years I've been building event formats: Music Sneak, Sofar Sounds Frankfurt & Berlin, Cosmo Social Club. Sounds like two worlds. It's not. A concert in front of 200 people and a pitch to three investors run on the same rules: trust, timing, perception. What draws people in or pushes them away rarely has to do with the product. It has to do with whether something fits — and whether someone knows the mechanics behind it.
With the founders I work with today, I see the same pattern again and again: lots of activity, little progress. Decisions go in circles. No one can say where it's really stuck. I'm not the next consultant with a deck. I come in, find the bottleneck, and clear it — like an internal mind, just without the operational blindness.
