I generally process personal data of users of my website only insofar as it is necessary to provide a functional website along with my content and services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a), (b), or (f) GDPR.

3. Server log files when accessing the website

When you access my website, my hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser. This includes:

• IP address (anonymized)
• Date and time of the request
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL

This data is processed to provide and secure the website and is deleted after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Hosting: This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (Privacy Policy). A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with IONOS.

4. External services

Calendly

This website includes a link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) where you can book an appointment. When you click the link, you are redirected to the Calendly platform. Personal data is only processed there. Calendly's privacy policy: https://calendly.com/privacy.

LinkedIn

This website contains a link to my LinkedIn profile (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). Personal data is only processed when you actively click the link. LinkedIn's privacy policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website currently uses no own cookies and no tracking tools.

6. Contact by email or phone

If you contact me by email or phone, the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, request) is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing your inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right at any time to:

I reserve the right to adapt this policy if the legal situation or technical circumstances change. The version currently published on this page is always authoritative.
